Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial records, including general ledgers, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor trade receivable and payable reconciliations to ensure timely payment and settlement.
  • Analyze project costing, material quantities, and consumption to optimize profitability.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
  • Support audit processes by preparing schedules and reconciliations, and providing documentation to auditors as required.
  • Ensure tax compliance and coordinate year-end audits.
  • Prepare income tax estimations and revise tax budgets as needed.
  • Liaise with external parties, including auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretaries.
  • Monitor current accounts and daily cash positions to ensure timely payment of commitments.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed to support business decisions.
