Job Responsibilities

Operations

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets in the region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive service excellence and ensure that operations meet internal and external customer satisfaction standards.
  • Lead the sales performance of each outlet under your responsibility.
  • Prepare and submit reports at the end of each shift/week, including staff control, food, beverage, cash control, and sales.
  • Monitor labor hours and inventory control, and conduct daily and monthly stock takes.
  • Manage document filing and communicate information from HQ/Marketing to store teams.
  • Continuously review and evaluate operations and procedures, and suggest improvements to management.
  • Ensure consistent execution of store SOPs to maintain a clean, organized, and presentable store.
  • Ensure that in-house control systems and audit requirements are always adhered to.
  • Provide guidance and direction to staff, including setting performance standards and monitoring their performance.
  • Handle disciplinary issues, conduct annual reviews, and confirm staff.

Supply Chain

  • Manage the supply chain, including basic supply planning, procurement, and logistics, and collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Forecast food and beverage consumption based on historical data and trends to avoid wastage and ensure efficient stock ordering.

Management

  • Lead projects necessary to meet the company's goals.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
  • Make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment and update the management team accordingly.
Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience running operations teams in the QSR/F&B industry.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and passionate about results.
  • Resourceful, energetic, and eager to drive impact.
  • Adaptive, innovative, and agile.
  • Growth mindset with a shared vision to grow the company.
  • Strong business acumen with adept problem-solving skills.
  • Inclusive team player in an empowered start-up environment.
  • Strong communication skills in BM and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid typhoid vaccination and food handler certificate.
  • Possess own vehicle.
  • Willing to work extra hours, weekends, and during public holidays.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for training and new store openings.
