Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Human Resources. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, and administrative functions to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes, provide guidance on employee development, and manage succession planning.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Supervise and manage administrative functions to maintain operational efficiency.

Undertake any ad-hoc responsibilities as required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in HR with 5 years above of HR experience with 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of Labor Law, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
  • Good leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with integrity.
