Call Centre Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled Call Centre Professional to join our team at Income Insurance Limited.

As our service ambassador, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing customers' uncertainties, offering solutions and lending a helping hand in alleviating their concerns.

You will be required to:

  • Attend to enquiries on various fronts, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre's high level of accessibility
  • Empathize with customers and offer clear and relevant advice
  • Provide policy recommendations and refer customers to client advisers for more comprehensive explanations
  • Perform post-case administration for future reference

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to answer queries clearly over the phone, and be result-oriented.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work in Singapore - 1 year contract renewable basis
  • Must be able to attend an insurance course - sponsored by Income Insurance
  • Attractive remunerations and monthly incentives
  • Our Contact Centre is located within walking distance from Tampines MRT station
  • Working Hours: 5-day work week from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (Exclude PH/Weekends)
