Logistics Executive Lead

TIME's group is looking for a Logistics Executive Lead to oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Controlling inventory levels through regular audits and data system checks
  • Maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse through regular inspections and maintenance schedules
  • Counseling and developing warehouse staff to ensure they meet job requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum Diploma in any field from a recognized institution and a minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse, inventory control, and logistics. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team, are also essential.

A self-motivated team player who can work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills is required. The ability to work with tight timelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace is also necessary.
