About the Job

Ipsos is one of the world's largest research companies, ranking as a #1 full-service research organization for four consecutive years. We are seeking a Senior Automation Manager to join our team, who has experience in designing and developing automation programs, analytical tools with the use of VBA, advanced Excel functions, and/or other programming languages.

The role involves working closely with external stakeholders to provide support on complex operational matters, as well as driving process-improvement initiatives (e.g. online platform enhancement, new automation tools).

Key Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in dealing with data integration, data analytics/statistics, and report automation.
  • Good understanding of data visualization and able to act as a subject-matter expert on the effective use of graphics/design in relation to data representation.
  • Proficient in Tableau or Power BI or other online dashboarding tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skill and ability to deal with difficult situations objectively.
