**Key Responsibilities:

  • Process implementation: Implement manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities, and documentation to meet both current and future production volume and delivery needs.
  • Material flow optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve material flow from inbound to outbound operations.
  • Workflow establishment: Design workflows that ensure seamless production support for high-volume manufacturing.
  • Time and motion studies: Conduct detailed motion time studies to identify opportunities for manpower optimization and improve workforce efficiency.
  • Lean manufacturing initiatives: Drive improvements in flow and layout optimization, reduce non-value-added activities, and increase productivity.
  • Statistical analysis: Use statistical methods and mathematical calculations to determine optimal manufacturing processes, staffing requirements, and production standards.
  • Technology assessment: Evaluate and introduce new processes, equipment, and technologies to meet long-term material flow and production demands.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a volume manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using industrial engineering software/tools for layout planning.
  • Expertise in systems analysis to understand and predict the impact of operational and environmental changes on production outcomes.
