  5. Provide Updates and Insights: Provide constant updates to the Project Manager on potential key challenges to meet deadlines and offer insights on system behaviors and gaps in new or existing SOP across all departments.
  6. Support Business Operations: Oversee overall business operations, understand system behaviors, and highlight gaps (if any) in new or existing SOP across all departments.
  7. Ad-Hoc Implementations: Support any other ad-hoc implementations or initiatives that are critical to the launch of the digital bank.

Requirements:

  1. Fresh Graduates Welcome: Fresh graduates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  2. Leadership Experience: Prior experience in leading or managing teams, be it at work or undertaking extra initiatives during university.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
