Cash Flow Coordinator - Join our team at Panasonic Malaysia

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating daily cash flow, ensuring efficient collection and payment processes.
  • Managing overdue accounts, resolving issues promptly, and preventing losses.
  • Preparing accurate and comprehensive financial reports, providing valuable insights into cash flow.
  • Verifying invoices from dealers and monitoring sales returns, guaranteeing seamless transactions.
  • Releasing sales orders efficiently to facilitate timely delivery, meeting customer expectations.
  • Reviewing and validating staff expense claims for accuracy and compliance, upholding company standards.
  • Checking and preparing incentive calculations for sales personnel, along with related reports, driving sales performance.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating month-end closing procedures, including Accounts Receivable closing and preparation of month-end reports, ensuring a smooth transition to the new period.
  • Assisting in year-end financial activities and reporting requirements, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Undertaking additional tasks and projects as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant finance experience, showcasing expertise in financial operations and management.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively within a team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective communication with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, allowing for efficient data analysis and presentation.
