Key Responsibilities
  • Re-engineer business processes and implement systems to meet Global Operation's strategic objectives and goals.
  • Adopt industry-standard/best practices to support business scalability and growth.
  • Define problem statements, vision/plan, success criteria, business benefits, and accountability.
  • Develop capabilities through full implementation across global manufacturing and supply chain network.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement solutions.
  • Lead changes to ensure effective adoption of processes and systems.
  • Measure transformation results and take corrective actions or continuous improvement.
  • Solve complex problems through thought leadership and influencing.
  • Provide financial analysis and budget support.
