About the RoleThis Sales Executive position involves working closely with senior-level executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities, using a consultative approach to selling and relationship-building with customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as a strong network of contacts within the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets by leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to create business from new and existing customer accounts, resulting in increased revenue and market share.
- Foster strong partnerships with senior-level executives to negotiate complex deals and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Build trust and establish long-term relationships with customers through effective communication, rapport-building, and account management.
- Track leads throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing, to ensure timely follow-up and maximized conversion rates.
- Process, dispatch, and manage invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Cultivate and utilize existing customer networks to identify new sales opportunities and expand market presence.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and market trends to effectively promote them to customers and stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and coordinate promotional materials, events, and trade shows that drive sales growth.
- Provide support in preparing comparative analyses of competitors' offerings.
- Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing or any related field.
- 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a proven track record of over-achieving targets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to forecast sales budgets and schedules, ensuring accurate projections and resource allocation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia being an added advantage.
