The Investment Wealth & Solutions (IWS) Business Management provides support and services to business stakeholders and clients on project-based requests and assignments.

The Role

  1. Responsible for producing regular management reports and analytics to support effective decision-making and provide insights into business performance to management and various stakeholders.
  2. Support the management team to develop Financial Resource Plan (FRP).
  3. Monitor the company's business performance and cost utilization against the FRP, provide regular updates and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Overview the capital adequacy for the company's operation.
  5. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for management's decision making and performance management.
  6. Work closely with Sales Management Office (SMO) on Performance Framework for frontline staff, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance objectives setting, sanity check on SMO's justifications and inputs.
  7. Facilitate strategic projects and initiatives by collaboration with internal and external counterparts, from a data analytics point of view.
  8. Provide support on HCBS optimization project.
