Main Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill the role of Operations Support Analyst for the India market by providing travel support functions and tasks for the Business Management Travel Services Team.
  • Act as the main point of contact for country-level travel topics and escalation for all travel service-related topics.
Main Tasks:
  1. Provide end-to-end process support for business travel needs and requirements for countries in the Asia Pacific region.
  2. Responsible for external stakeholder country cluster responsibilities, including queries about traveler profiles, invoices, and vendor invoicing reconciliation.
  3. Communicate regional and country-specific requirements to internal and external stakeholders on all country-level topics.
  4. Support travel arrangers and travelers with their requests.
  5. Conduct regular service reviews with local travel service providers.
  6. Gather and analyze local in-country data details for regional analysis.
  7. Monitor service levels locally and obtain feedback from travel arrangers/travelers when required, escalating to the Regional Travel Manager if necessary.
  8. In conjunction with the Regional Travel Manager, review travel data to identify areas for improvement regarding traveler behavior/patterns/compliance.
  9. Main contact for country cluster internal stakeholders on travel topics, such as compliance, finance, local procurement, projects, and implementations.
  10. First line of operational communication/escalation and stakeholder management.
  11. This role will also be responsible for supporting transaction processing of SAP transactions for Business Travel within BASF policies and local company legal and statutory requirements.
