- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
- Consolidate Financial Data: Gather and analyze financial data across multiple entities and business segments to ensure accurate group reporting.
- Intercompany Eliminations: Perform necessary eliminations and adjustments to reconcile balances.
- Tax Compliance: Liaise with tax authorities and external stakeholders for audits and financial reviews.
- Audit Support: Address audit issues and adjustments proposed by external auditors to finalize statutory accounts.
- Process Automation: Streamline financial processes and reporting systems for greater efficiency.
- Best Practices Implementation: Introduce best practices and automation tools to improve accuracy and productivity.
- Degree Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional Certifications: CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification preferred.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula creation, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
- Accounting Software: Experience with accounting software such as SQL and QuickBooks.
- Financial Regulations: Knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
