About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Customer Support Technician, providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.

As a member of our Technical Post Delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that IT Support Services are delivered based on the agreed service level definition.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring assigned support requests are attended to promptly and meeting their expectation.
  • Responsible for support issues as a priority.
  • Assist in Support Team in performing technical fault isolation or troubleshooting at the Customer's premises.
  • Create, update, and maintain documentation and operational procedures.
  • Assists and provides support in Project delivery.
  • Required to be on standby for Support Requests.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Windows Client Operating System and common applications such as MS Office, Anti-Virus, data backup, and data migration/recovery.
