We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Servicing Specialist to join our team at Zurich 56 Company Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support, business process analysis and other duties periodically assigned by the supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in Digital Servicing, automation and system enhancement projects.
- Perform process review and opportunity identification.
- Liaise with superiors and IT or system support.
- Assist in preparing system/business requirements and business process reviews.
- Prepare test scripts and perform User Acceptance Testing.
- Review and recommend measures to improve existing processes and systems.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required. Five years' experience in the Insurance Industry is preferred.
