As a Category Expert at L'Oréal, you will play a critical role in driving local category strategies, aligning with our global vision and fostering cross-functional plans. You will manage various tasks, including assessing categories/brand/shoppers white spaces and portfolio opportunities, cascading, implementing, and endorsing global & zone strategy locally, contributing to the design of 3-year plans by category for brands and channels, adapting and implementing Category Activation plans, building yearly category strategy plans towards local retailers, designing and recommending Category Activation plans, supporting Sales teams to frame Category JBP implementation in collaboration with Marketing, building relationships of trust with top retailers, adapting & communicating global best practices on category activation, defining and sharing best practices on Sales activation.
