About the Job

As a Senior Financial Associate with Upscale Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of our company.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Managing a full set of accounts, including cash flow projection and management reporting.
  2. Overseeing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
  3. Handling daily collections, treasury, and banking activities.
  4. Managing petty cash and processing employee claims.
  5. Monitoring inventory, sales order process, purchasing, and controlling the approved budget.
  6. Providing support on ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

To succeed in this role, you will need a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience, are required.

Additionally, proficiency in software such as GST, IFCA Property Management System, and SQL Financial Accounting will be highly beneficial.

Fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of Mandarin and Malay will be considered a bonus.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.
  2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  3. Knowledge in GST, IFCA Property Management System, SQL Financial Accounting & computer literacy.
  4. Analytical, multi-tasking, committed, initiative to learn, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  5. Good command of both written and spoken English.
  6. Fluency in Mandarin and Malay will be an added advantage.
