About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Project Manager to join our team at OLIVER+. As a key member of our Project Management department, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, providing direction and control to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, and will be the key communicator on the status, risks, and challenges of all project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, providing direction and control to ensure successful outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and client services
  • Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency or production company
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and project delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in project management tools and software, including Asana, Trello, or similar
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
