Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the position of ASEAN Productivity Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and service delivery. Key responsibilities include coordinating the implementation of the Service Delivery Hub transformation plan, developing and maintaining a knowledge repository, and supporting the ASEAN Service Delivery Team in adapting to function-based roles. Additionally, the candidate will design and launch Power BI tracking tools, automate current reporting processes, and implement customer care strategies. Main Responsibilities:
