Role of the Mortgage Specialist

The Mortgage Specialist will be responsible for identifying customer needs and providing solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Growing customer portfolio by generating mortgage business and referring Premier and Wealth needs to the branch.
  2. Working closely with the branch Primary Banker, Premier Relationship Banker, and Managers to ensure continuous inward referrals for mortgage needs.
  3. Providing excellent customer engagement and experience journey as per the bank's standard.
  4. Acquiring, updating, storing, and maintaining customer information accurately.
  5. Ensuring the requirements of Sales Quality Standards are met by minimizing errors and breaches.
  6. Maintaining operational procedures within stipulated guidelines/regulations, audit requirements, compliance, and other procedure manuals pertaining to the job.
