Finance Manager

Executive Recruiters is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee all financial and accounting functions of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for management reporting, financial statements, statutory audits, corporate tax, and indirect tax compliance.

  • The Finance Manager will supervise daily financial activities, ensuring timely month-end closing, accurate journal entries, postings, and reconciliations in line with accounting standards.
  • They will ensure compliance with financial regulations, local statutory and tax requirements, and company accounting policies.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting systems, internal controls, policies, and procedures to protect company assets and streamline operations will also be key responsibilities.
  • The role involves coordinating with internal and external auditors, regulatory authorities, tax consultants, and other advisors on financial and tax-related matters.
  • Closely collaborating with management and the industrial team to support business growth, expansion, and overall corporate objectives is essential.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree / Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance or equivalent such as ACCA, MIA, CPA, ICAEW & etc. is required.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience is necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with excellent interpersonal abilities for effective interaction at all levels of personnel are essential.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively, demonstrating strong leadership abilities is a must.
