Job Summary

Asia Recruit is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Industrial Engineer to join our client, a multinational corporation with a strong presence in over 30 countries. The successful candidate will be based in Johor, Malaysia, and will be responsible for supporting the Human Labor Management Manager/Assistant Manager in designing and implementing efficient working systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct time studies to evaluate new machines and industrialize new products, ensuring optimal production processes.
  • Develop and maintain time standards, calculating performance efficiency and providing data for capacity planning.
  • Create and update Bill of Materials and Routing in SAP, adhering to construction guidelines and time study data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes, improving efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of production processes and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and REFA, with a strong analytical mindset.
