Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist the Head of Department with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth operation of daily tasks and activities.
  • Manage Sales Tax Invoices: Handle sales tax invoices and delivery orders, ensuring timely processing and follow-up on acknowledgment.
  • Maintain Customer Portal: Upload required documents into the customer portal, maintaining accurate records and updates.
  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare data analysis for the project department every quarter, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct Meetings: Conduct standard and ad-hoc weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings for management, preparing reports and presentations as required.
  • Update Records: Update customer payment records into the SQL system, Budget Sheet, and Pending Job List.
  • Issue Certificates: Issue project handover certificates, marking completion of projects.
  • Attend Meetings: Attend sales forecast meetings, providing insights and recommendations.
