Job Description

We're seeking an Art Director to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative and impactful designs that exceed client expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative design projects, ensuring consistent quality, timely delivery, and strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters and strategists to create compelling and cohesive creative concepts.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously from conception to execution.
• Analyze performance marketing metrics, identify areas for improvement, and refine creative strategies to enhance results.
• Mentor and support the design team by providing constructive feedback, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in design, typography, branding, and layout, ideally with an advertising agency background.
• Advanced knowledge and slick skills with design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of successful projects across diverse media.
• Good leadership and strong communication skills to inspire and guide the team effectively.
• Detail-oriented with good time management, able to work under pressure, and prioritize tasks.
• Able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver the best results.
