Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to maintain the financial records of the company through analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts, as well as preparing reports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform analytical reviews of profit and loss accounts and balance sheets to ensure financial accuracy.
  2. Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations, address open items, and rectify anomalies.
  3. Ensure the submission of other reporting packages accurately and within specified timelines.
  4. Prepare audit-related schedules and documentation, collaborating with auditors.
  5. Participate in compliance audits and respond to audit queries.
  6. Identify, recommend, and implement solutions for continuous improvement opportunities in operational areas.
  7. Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
  8. Calculate commission payments based on sales performance and commission structures.
  9. Analyze and validate commission payments, working closely with the sales team to resolve commission-related issues.
  10. Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
  11. Conduct monthly and quarterly balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analysis.
  12. Perform monthly expense variance analysis.
  13. Manage consolidation, inter-company transactions, and reconciliations, including foreign currency accounting.
  14. E nsure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies.
  15. Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
  16. Interact with management in various departments, including engineering, sales operations, IT, and legal.
  17. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as financial statements.
