  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design cloud infrastructure solutions that meet those needs.
  • Implementing secure network solutions that meet business requirements is an essential part of your role.
  • You will create and configure virtualized systems in the AWS environment, perform infrastructure upgrades and updates to maximize system efficiency while minimizing downtime.
  • Deploy applications in AWS using EC2 instances and Elastic Beanstalk.
  • You will create blueprints using CloudFormation templates for common workloads and maintain, test, and implement disaster recovery procedures.
Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education / Certification

  • A minimum degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is required.
  • Solution Architect or System Operation Administrator certification is preferred.

Key Qualifications:

  • Troubleshooting cloud infrastructure incidents and identifying root causes.
  • Implementing preventive measures.
  • Cloud infrastructure maintenance and support.
  • Security services.
  • Monitoring.
  • Implementing cost-control strategies.
  • AWS knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server or Enterprise Linux.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with AWS.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud application architecture.
  • Exposure to cloud managed services and microservices like Function as a Service, Containers, and managed databases.
  • Familiarity working with large systems and migrations.
  • Experience with setting up load balancers, cloud networks, and virtual servers.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Capable of working under tight deadlines.
