In line with their business expansion, Career Horizons is looking to bring on board Financial Accountant/Distributor Ops Analyst professionals to join their team in Penang. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the Distributor program, which includes Distributor Resale, inventory and rebate processing & reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Distributor program including Distributor Resale, inventory and rebate processing & reconciliation.
- Assist in performing month end and year end closing, preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliation and preparation of interim & year-end audit schedules.
- Proactively challenge current processes to develop business process improvements for overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification. A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in finance or reporting and analytics environment is also required. Experience in SAP system is an added advantage. You should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ideally, you are people-oriented, a team player, positive and proactive, willing to learn, with good communication skills and detail-oriented.
