Moomoo is a rapidly growing organization with a presence in multiple international offices. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent from around the world to support our global expansion. This will involve collaborating with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their talent needs and developing effective recruitment strategies.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure we hire the best-fit individuals who align with our company culture and values. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and Engagement: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  2. Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and job fit.
  3. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and conduct interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing questions, and providing feedback to candidates.
  4. Hiring Manager Collaboration: Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  5. Talent Marketing: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling job descriptions and postings that attract a diverse range of candidates.
  6. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  7. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact until the final hiring decision.
Requirements:
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Mandarin. Additional language skills in Malay or Cantonese are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a global or multi-national organization.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on local talent in Malaysia, along with marketing recruitment and leadership hiring.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including effective sourcing strategies and assessment methods.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Project Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving global environment.
