">As a Principal Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for innovating new reliability features and solutions to meet all customer requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure complete reliability coverage, and applying in-house statistical tools for engineering data analysis, validation, and risk assessment.
">Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop reliability test flows (MAF/pWLRx/ULR) used for device qualification demonstration.
- Collaborate with the Reliability team to ensure comprehensive product testing and address potential issues promptly.
- Innovate new reliability features and solutions to meet all customer requirements.
- Apply in-house statistical tools for engineering data analysis, validation, and risk assessment.
- Act as first responders to reliability test program-related issues.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Proficiency in coding/programming languages such as Python/C++.
- Basic understanding of CMOS technology and NAND flash device physics and design.
- Proven experience in reliability testing and familiarity with testing methodology and verification.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills in written and spoken English.
- Good multitasking abilities and the capacity to set priorities in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams is a strong plus.
