  • Onboarding: Assist in onboarding for new hires including induction and assimilation into the organization.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update employee records and payroll database to guarantee data accuracy and security.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the coordination of company events and engagement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of labor laws and industrial relations.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR role.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced working environment, possess integrity and good work ethic, and be a good team player.
  • Technology: Proficient with MS Office applications e.g., Excel, PowerPoint.
