As Group Director of Sales & Marketing, you will develop and execute global sales and marketing strategies, leveraging your expertise in hospitality sales & marketing to drive business success.
The Role
- Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy that drives revenue growth and strengthens our brand presence across multiple markets.
- Lead a sales team, optimizing performance and achieving revenue targets.
- Oversee branding, digital marketing, and customer acquisition efforts across multiple channels.
- Drive B2B partnerships, including corporate travel accounts, OTAs, and travel agents.
- Expand direct booking channels and enhance customer loyalty programs.
- Utilize data analytics and market intelligence to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Align public relations and communications strategies to strengthen the brand presence.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in hospitality sales & marketing (preferably with a global hotel chain).
- Proven track record in growing revenue, driving direct bookings, and managing large-scale sales teams.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including e-commerce, CRM, and social media strategies.
- Experience in multi-country operations with exposure to Asia-Pacific and Europe preferred.
- Strong B2B sales experience, including negotiating with corporate clients and distribution partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable in a fast-growth, agile environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
