As Group Director of Sales & Marketing, you will develop and execute global sales and marketing strategies, leveraging your expertise in hospitality sales & marketing to drive business success.

The Role

  1. Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy that drives revenue growth and strengthens our brand presence across multiple markets.
  2. Lead a sales team, optimizing performance and achieving revenue targets.
  3. Oversee branding, digital marketing, and customer acquisition efforts across multiple channels.
  4. Drive B2B partnerships, including corporate travel accounts, OTAs, and travel agents.
  5. Expand direct booking channels and enhance customer loyalty programs.
  6. Utilize data analytics and market intelligence to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  7. Align public relations and communications strategies to strengthen the brand presence.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in hospitality sales & marketing (preferably with a global hotel chain).
  2. Proven track record in growing revenue, driving direct bookings, and managing large-scale sales teams.
  3. Strong digital marketing expertise, including e-commerce, CRM, and social media strategies.
  4. Experience in multi-country operations with exposure to Asia-Pacific and Europe preferred.
  5. Strong B2B sales experience, including negotiating with corporate clients and distribution partners.
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable in a fast-growth, agile environment.
  7. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
