Agensi Pekerjaan HR2O Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team in Malacca.

• Implement and maintain strategies for product lines growth and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee operations of production lines and general facilities, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve manufacturing methods, techniques, and processes.
• Drive quality initiatives to obtain and maintain ISO-9001:2015 certification.
• Support the transition of products and processes from design to production.
• Manage and develop the Process Engineering and Facilities/Mtc Engineering teams.
• Ensure effective parallel production at Malaysia site and other Group production sites.
• Analyze and propose improvements to manufacturing processes and facilities.

• University/Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or equivalent.
• At least 5-8 years management experience, with 3 years in electronics manufacturing.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Planning & Organization skills.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and Windows applications.
