About the Role:

  • You will serve as the central system and data stewardship role for ASEAN JARVIS system, ensuring accuracy of data from various data sources through random audits.
  • Provide first-level service support to users, ensuring seamless access to data and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain data dictionaries, ensure proper data access provisioning, and manage compliance with data privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Access management and accounts creation for ASEAN JARVIS system.
  • Conduct regular reviews of accounts for inactivity.
  • Provide incident management for ASEAN JARVIS system.
  • Communicate and conduct random audits of various data from different data sources in ASEAN.
  • Work with JARVIS product teams to create an audit schedule that mitigates risks in ASEAN.
  • Maintain data quality using internal and external customer feedback, concerns, questions; internally reporting metrics; evaluating and identifying issues and coordinating corrections regularly.
  • Monitor data usage to assist teams, share best practice trends in data use, and provide insight into how and where teams can use data to inform day-to-day decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance and security of data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Meticulous, enjoy working with numbers.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Experience using SQL, Sales Cloud, Tableau or equivalent software.
  • Ready to work in the time zone of ASEAN countries.
  • Experience in distribution relationship management system is an added advantage.
  • Experience of working in an International environment with multiple languages.
  • Foster a diverse workplace and participate as a team player.
  • Come up with improvement ideas related to work stream.
