Your Responsibilities
  • Develop measurement designs to meet customer and internal requirements
  • Collaborate with the Data Management Team to create statistical and analytical tools
  • Implement automated data collection processes for each product
  • Establish measurable success and performance criteria
  • Create and execute metrology control systems
  • Ensure tool compliance within established control systems
  • Metrology system plant-to-plant proliferation
  • Support the metrology roadmap development
  • Troubleshoot metrology tools and provide support for problem-solving
Your Profile
  • Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations/quality/production/engineering in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc.
  • Background in Statistics and Metrology, specifically the Science of Measurement
  • Practical data analysis skills with experience applying statistical data analysis
  • Experience with manufacturing excellence system development preferred
  • Proficient in using statistical software packages like JMP
