We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist, Order to Cash to join our team at Plaza Premium Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional Order-to-Cash (OTC) services to our Business Divisions.

Job Description
  • Deliver OTC services in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work procedures, ensuring compliance with Plaza Premium Group's (PPG) policies and relevant legal requirements.
  • Guide Specialists in performing OTC services as needed.
  • Process receipts from customers, sales invoices, debit and credit notes, discounts, and rebates.
  • Book accounting transactions based on BU inputs and advices.

We are looking for an individual with extensive exposure in SUN accounting systems and/or other ERP software. You should have in-depth knowledge and understanding of OTC processes, including billing and collection, closing and consolidation, decision making, and problem solving.

Responsibilities
  • Perform clearing of open items in customer accounts.
  • Post necessary adjustments into the SUN systems.
  • Monitor collection activities of past due, critical accounts, and Account Receivable balances.
  • Prepare monthly Customer Aging Reports for BU.
  • Complete monthly Sales & Services Tax reports and submit them to the authority on time.

Reconciliations and Reporting

  • Perform month-end activities in a timely manner, highlighting issues or concerns and following up on reconciling items or outstanding matters.
  • Prepare, generate, and evaluate reports for collection accounts, credit reports, and client accounts.
About Our Ideal Candidate
  • A recognized degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent business degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.8 or Professional Accounting Qualification.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting.
  • Extensive exposure in SUN accounting systems and/or other ERP software.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of OTC processes.
