This role involves preparing executive reports, facilitating strategic workshops, ensuring compliance, and promoting continuous improvement across project planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Implement project governance frameworks, policies, and standards while maintaining an up-to-date master list to track ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Administer transformation monitoring systems, conduct performance assessments to identify risks and corrective actions, and facilitate project approvals by ensuring governance compliance and preparing documentation.
- Support project teams in developing business cases and governance documents while maintaining a centralized, well-organized project repository.
- Prepare management reports and presentations, and coordinate meetings with proper documentation and follow-ups to ensure visibility and progress of transformation initiatives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project templates, tools, and playbooks to standardize execution, while supporting onboarding to equip new team members with essential resources.
- Administer the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tool and check timelines, accuracy and completeness.
- Administer Benefits Management and Project Quality Assurance.
- Maintain Portfolio Projects Dashboards to provide real-time visibility into project performance.
- Prepare and present high-level reports and documentation for executive review.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making and provide insights and recommendations based on data and industry trends.
