Job Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and delivering high-quality goods and services. Your expertise in procurement and logistics management will be instrumental in driving our business forward.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Supplier Relationship Management:
    1. Evaluate and select suppliers to meet our quality and cost-effectiveness standards.
    2. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to drive cost optimization and improve delivery times.
    3. Manage supplier communications and resolve any quality, delivery, or compliance issues promptly.
  2. Logistics and Delivery Management:
    1. Oversee the entire delivery process to ensure timely and cost-efficient transportation of materials from suppliers to internal stakeholders.
    2. Optimize shipping routes and reduce lead times by working closely with logistics teams.
    3. Monitor supplier on-time delivery performance and implement improvements to minimize supply chain disruptions.
  3. Process Optimization and Improvement:
    1. Act as a liaison between suppliers, engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless sourcing and delivery alignment.
    2. Provide regular reports and updates to management on supplier performance, delivery status, and process improvements.
    3. Develop actionable recommendations to enhance sourcing efficiency and supply chain performance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and/or supply chain management, preferably in technology or electronics manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer electronics, PCBA sourcing, mechanical and electrical component procurement.
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with suppliers.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes, logistics, and delivery management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with sustainability or ethical sourcing initiatives in the supply chain.
  • Familiarity with risk management strategies and their application in sourcing and delivery operations.
