Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day housekeeping operations, including room check-in/out processes and cleaning of common areas, delivering consistent, high-quality service.
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize processes, adopt innovative cleaning methods, and continuously improve service standards.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor housekeeping staff to build a motivated, high-performing team while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key Competencies
  • Inspire and guide diverse teams by fostering trust, collaboration, and a shared vision. Empower members to excel, promoting accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Uphold rigorous cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
