TSA Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Open new customer maintenance with fully documented attachments
  • Collect cheques from the logistics and sales departments
  • Update debtor aging after cheque receipt
  • Update post-dated cheques
  • Follow up on daily cash invoices
  • Update branch collection statuses
  • Follow up with incomplete documents and filings for individual customer files

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preference given to Mandarin speakers due to client interactions)
  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree qualification
  • Fresh graduates welcome; on-the-job training provided
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of staff
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
