We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Analyst to join our team at iSoftStone. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain operations, and integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors into our business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and strategic support, coupled with experience in sustainable business practices and ESG reporting. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance, and assist in the implementation of best practices to reduce costs, enhance lead times, and improve quality in the supply chain.

Additional responsibilities include collecting, processing, and analyzing supply chain data to provide actionable insights to business leaders, and assisting with the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations. The successful candidate will also contribute to forecasting and demand planning to ensure alignment with business objectives, and prepare regular reports and dashboards to track supply chain performance, including ESG-related data and initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is desirable.
  • Knowledge of sustainable business practices, green logistics, and ethical sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
