Welcome to ABeam Consulting Malaysia, where we are committed to delivering exceptional consulting services to our clients. We are seeking a talented Financial Accounting and Reporting Professional to join our team as a Senior SAP Financial Support Specialist.
As a Senior SAP Financial Support Specialist, you will provide application support under the SAP platform for the SAP FI Module, troubleshooting and resolving issues & requests within targeted SLAs. You will act as the point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectations.
You will manage incidents, service requests, problem and change requests reported by users and follow up promptly for closure. Collaborating with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely is crucial.
We require at least 4 years of relevant experience in FI or CO modules. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable. At least 1 full cycle FI implementation project experience is necessary.
A good understanding of integration with other core modules, such as Sales and SCM, is essential. Strong communication skills to interact with relevant stakeholders and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions are also required.
This is a mid-senior level position, and you will work full-time in a culturally diversified environment. We are looking for a team player who is willing to learn and cross-train to stay up-to-date with technology trends.
