- Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage local office operations, quotation creation, purchase order processing, and RFP submissions.
- Sales Operations: Support the field sales team with daily tasks, troubleshoot issues, and reinforce best practices.
- CRM Management: Maintain data quality in the CRM system, monitor new leads, contacts, opportunities, and accounts.
