Job Overview

This role will involve improving processes, managing data to drive success, and supporting a regional IT Security team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in IT or security, with a strong understanding of CRM systems.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Manage local office operations, quotation creation, purchase order processing, and RFP submissions.
  • Sales Operations: Support the field sales team with daily tasks, troubleshoot issues, and reinforce best practices.
  • CRM Management: Maintain data quality in the CRM system, monitor new leads, contacts, opportunities, and accounts.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc insights.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in tools and processes, propose enhancements, and document workflows.
  • Onboarding & Training: Assist with sales team onboarding, set up new hires in sales applications, and create training materials.

Requirements
