We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Excellence Manager to join our team at Hilti (Canada) Corporation. As a key member of our global procurement organization, you will play a critical role in driving business results through supply chain excellence.
In this dynamic and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Procurement Managers and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive business results. You will also be responsible for leading projects to implement these changes and monitoring their impact on our supply chain processes.
Your core areas of responsibility will include:
- Conducting analysis to identify opportunities for supply chain improvement
- Developing and implementing solutions to address these opportunities
- Leading projects to implement these solutions and monitoring their impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven track record of success in supply chain improvement and project management
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus
