Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling and executing authorized products and promotional activities to drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage distributor order planning and validate sell-out claims to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Coach the distributor sales team to achieve trade execution excellence and improve sales results.
  • Ensure continuous availability of products and regular rotation of stock levels.
  • Implement correct shelf pricing and merchandising strategies to maximize sales potential.
  • Service all outlets in assigned territories as scheduled, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily settlements and collections of payments from customers.
  • Participate in sales activation and promotional activities to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with experience in distributors and customer management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in distributor sales, preferably in FMCG industries.
  • Willingness to travel daily and adapt to changing market conditions.
