A Wealth Management Professional at CIMB is responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of financial products, including wealth management, loans, and bancassurance. The role involves providing professional advice tailored to customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service, and achieving individual sales targets that contribute to the branch's overall goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell various financial products to customers.
- Provide professional financial advice based on customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with excellent after-sales service.
- Plan and implement sales activities related to branch products.
- Act promptly on leads and follow-up activities.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch targets.
- Possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in a branch environment is advantageous.
- Result-oriented, passionate about marketing, and adaptable to new challenges.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to both external and internal customers.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact actively with all levels of customers.
- Candidates with full Insurance and Unit Trust (FIMM) & bancassurance licenses will have an added advantage.
