About the Role

">

This Regional Procurement Manager role will be responsible for developing and executing a category strategy for our Warehousing category on a regional level. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing for FMCG companies and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Define and implement the category strategy using strategic sourcing processes, tools, and policies.">
  • Perform supplier market/category/supply risk analysis and develop Total Cost Ownership (TCO) models to identify improvement opportunities.">
  • Negotiate contracts ensuring the most beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers in line with the strategy.">
  • Manage relationships with various stakeholders to integrate category plans and outcomes in local budgets and price planning.">
  • In partnership with logistics function, lead the planning and regular performance review of key vendors, contract SLA reviews.">
  • Identify and implement logistics optimization opportunities at markets.">
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé's Corporate Business Principles, policies, and standards.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A university degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.">
  • Solid and well-established years of experience in sourcing for FMCG companies.">
  • Ideal experience in 3PL Warehouse Category as procurement or logistics manager.">
  • Experience in negotiations for complex long-lasting contracts.">
  • Proven Leadership or Project Management skills.">
  • Demonstrated successful use of risk management, responsible sourcing, and supplier relation management.">
  • Fluency in English, another language will be an asset.">
  • An outgoing personality with the ability to cultivate relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.">
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones.">
