Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at TapTalent. As a key member of our Cards Issuing department, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and providing functional solutions to support the development and enhancement of our applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct end-to-end system capability analysis to support Cards related applications on the mainframe and open systems platform.
  2. Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions to meet business needs.
  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders, fellow analysts, architects, project teams, and application development teams to design and implement functional solutions.
  4. Guide testers and users in cards parameter setup for new business initiatives.
  5. Support system integration, user acceptance, regression, and performance testing to ensure coverage of critical functions.
  6. Provide post-implementation support and identify and escalate risks to the project.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of business systems and application development.
