About the JobWe are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our SAP team as a Senior IT Specialist, SAP. This role will involve providing technical expertise in SAP logistic modules and coaching junior resources.
Main Responsibilities- SAP Logistic Support: Provide expert-level support on SAP logistic modules, ensuring seamless integration with clients' systems.
- Training and Development: Develop and lead training programs for new or junior resources to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with users to understand their requirements and work with level 2/3 teams to develop solutions aligned with organization/client standards.
- Quality Assurance: Design and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Manufacturing Experience: At least 5 years of experience in discrete manufacturing environments.
- SAP Knowledge: Proven track record of providing expert-level support on SAP logistic modules.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
