Job Description:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and Liaise with Clients: You will meet and liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop Business Opportunities: You will identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new clients.
  • Manage Client Relationships: You will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree/Postgraduate/Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, or equivalent is required.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience within a client/account management role is preferable.
  • High levels of initiative, self-motivation, and good time management skills are essential.
  • A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient, and a team player with a willingness to learn is required.
  • Having analytical skills with good commercial awareness and attention to detail is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • The ability to lead projects and see them through to completion is essential.
